Old Bailey:ANTHONY CHURCHILL was indicted for stealing, on the 21st of February, 1 breast-pin, value 4s., the goods of Robert Archibald Williams, from his person.
Anthony came from Mayo County, Ireland. He was 5’7 1/4” tall, dark ruddy complexion, black hair, nostrils wide, tattoos.
14/7/1848: Absconded from Norfolk Island in a whale boat since 2/6/1841.
Nothing found on how he got to Norfolk Island.
Churchill had absconded again in 1846...
